What we do.
We supply quality
Cable harness manufacture
We manufacture customised cable harnesses for our customers based on their specific requirements. With our expertise and experience as a manufacturer with ISO certification, we offer quality and sophisticated processes. We work with manual processes and cross-system production methods for specific projects. Whether stranded wires, earth cables, industrial cables, flat ribbon cables, fibre optic cables, bus cables or cable harnesses with several thousand contact points; we fulfil (almost) every customer request.
Component assembly
With our assembly of components, your advantages are clear: high flexibility, shorter order times, faster response times for coordination processes, simplified logistics processes, lower production costs and a contact person who is available to you for all your questions and requests.
We assemble individual sets and sales units.
Packaging
We stock and procure the necessary articles and packaging material in individual, sales and shipping packaging. We staple, weld, seal, foil and shrink the respective packaging. The packaging is labelled (label printing with barcode or QR code or DataMatrix, BBD) and delivered as agreed.
Logistics
Thanks to sophisticated logistics, production and delivery are carried out according to customer requirements and deadlines.

Our cable harness production is a quality-tested process in which cable harnesses are manufactured from specially pre-assembled individual cables and all accessories according to individual customer documents.
In addition to cable harness production, we carry out all processes related to the cable harness (e.g. crimping cables, assembling, packaging, shipping).
Our model-based manufacturing technology for the production of wire harnesses offers unrivalled automation, data continuity and qualified quality and change management.
With our many years of experience in cable harness production, we offer our customers the manufacture and production of ready-to-connect cables, cable harnesses and complete cable harnesses including assembly with various connectors and contacts.
What is the difference between a cable harness and a cable set?
Basically, cable harnesses and cable sets are similar, but not identical.
A wiring harness is a bundle of cables and wires that are routed in a vehicle or machine.
A harness is a set of cables and connectors that are pre-assembled for a specific application.
In manufacturing technology, we understand subassembly to mean the professional assembly of individual subassemblies or components into a finished product.
Our efficient component assembly helps you to realise time and cost benefits. We offer our customers a variety of different assembly steps, customised and across all industries.
Depending on the complexity of the assemblies, we use our manufacturing process for both small and large series. The positioning of the component assembly in the production process is very flexible. Our subassembly can be used as an early intermediate step or also as the last step towards the finished end product.
